  Water and Our Globe
Clean, fresh drinking water is essential to human and other lifeforms.
2/3 rd of our land is covered with water but only 3% of this huge volume is usable . Nearly 97% of all the world's water is salty or otherwise undrinkable. Another 2% is locked in ice caps and glaciers. That leaves only 1% for all of our needs. Fresh, drinkable water is a very precious resource.

Why we need treatment
Water we see contains a no of impurities other than H2O. Water is an excellent solvent and dissolve a loarge of of imputiries during its way of reaching us.These impurities need to bereduced or eliminated to a reasonable level to make / change this available water suitable for our various applications especially for potable use.

Water due to its special properties and easy availability has gain many important applications in our daily life. Apart from drinking, water is extensively being used in a no of othernon-potable residential applications(as cooking, washing, bath, cleaning, gardening), Commercial, Industrial (process, heating/cooling) and agricultural.

Australia as a subcontinent has large reservoirs of water but available useable water is still very short.Especially form last decade, we are facing severe shortages of freshwater reserves. A no of techniques are being used to convert available water into some useful resource.

Drinking Water Sources- Contamination

The sources of drinking water (both tap water and bottled water) include rivers, lakes, streams, ponds, reservoirs, springs, and wells. Our water comes from surface waters. As water travels over the surface of the land or through the ground, it dissolves naturally-occurring minerals and, in some cases, radioactive material, and can pick up substances resulting from the presence of animals or from human activity. Drinking water, including bottled water, may reasonably be expected to contain at least small amounts of some contaminants. The presence of contaminants does not necessarily indicate that water poses a health risk.

Common water contaminants and their sources

Contaminants that may be present in source water include:

  • ·Microbial contaminants, such as viruses and bacteria, which may come from sewage treatment plants, septic systems, agricultural livestock operations, and wildlife
  • ·Inorganic contaminants, such as salts and metals, which can be naturally-occurring or result from urban stormwater runoff, industrial or domestic waste water discharges, oil and gas production, mining, or farming
  • ·Pesticides and herbicides, which may come from a variety of sources such as agriculture, urban stormwater runoff, and residential uses
  • ·Organic chemical contaminants, including synthetic and volatile organics, which are by-products of industrial processes and petroleum production, and can also come from gas stations, urban stormwater runoff and septic systems
  • ·Radioactive contaminants, which can be naturally occurring or be the result of oil and gas production and mining activities

  • Water Recycling

We provide comprehensive information about our technology when planning an upgrade, expansion or development of a new waste water treatment plant for your facility.

Our Mission

Apart from the fact that our government with its associated departments is struggling hard to ensure safe drinking water in our tap, we are sharing our expertise by not only providing suitable technology and systems to our clients to improve the quality of the available water but also creating understanding how important water is to life could improve your health and ultimately save your life.

Our Mission is to create awareness and education on regional & world water issues, recycling, and the welfare of the planet, while inspiring people to individually generate positive energy in their lives, and in their communities. Especially since now the government is spending huge amount of money on setting–up new desalination systems in all big cities to overcome water shortages, the importance of recycling water has thus has also increased. Our main emphasize is to encourage people to install water reuse systems (Grey water, black water, rain / storm water)which produces usable water for many non-potable applications thus ultimately reduce the demand of our fresh water resources.

WATEEN is all about looking forward to conserve and improve your water, energy and environmental services now and into the future. With our expertise and your help we can make that happen.

WATEEN is here to help. Our expertise, product selection guide, prices, and customer service all work together to provide you with a superior customer experience.

We take this approach and couple it with e-commerce best practices to create what we truly hope is comfortable environment for you to learn about water technology and perhaps make a purchase. Thank you for visiting our business - we look forward to providing our services.

We strive to have a positive affect on our culture and the Earth while we pay respect to the sacred life force that exists in our Water. We support organizations and events which provide education through the media on social and environmental issues. You must be sure on that with

WATEEN - water purification made easy!
